Acceptance and Eligibility

By using Apostate Verity Wiki, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The wiki concerns an R18 game. You must meet the minimum age required to access adult content in your jurisdiction. The site is not directed to children.

Independent Fan-Wiki Status

This is an independent fan-operated wiki. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by KitDa Games or itch.io. References to Apostate Verity, KitDa Games, screenshots, videos, and other official material identify the subject of the wiki and their respective rights holders.

The wiki is not the official source for a game release. Verify downloads, versions, platform availability, and developer announcements on the linked KitDa Games itch.io page.

Informational Use and Accuracy

Wiki content is provided for general information and gameplay reference. The project aims to distinguish verified facts from unconfirmed claims, but information can become incomplete, outdated, mistranslated, or incorrect. Game versions and external pages can change without notice.

You are responsible for checking current first-party sources before downloading software, acting on platform claims, or relying on version-specific guidance.

Accounts and Support

Some site features may require an account. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, malicious, or sensitive third-party information through support tickets or other inputs.

The public wiki does not currently sell game access, subscriptions, virtual items, or paid guide services. Any transaction shown on an external destination is between you and that external provider under its terms.

Acceptable Use

You must not:

• break applicable law or access restrictions;
• attempt unauthorized access, probing, scraping that disrupts service, or circumvention of security controls;
• distribute malware, spam, fraudulent material, or instructions intended to harm the service or its users;
• impersonate the developer, the wiki operator, or another person;
• submit content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or
• use the site's R18 subject matter to target or exploit minors.

Copyright, Trademarks, and Fan Content

Apostate Verity names, game artwork, official screenshots, videos, and other official media remain the property of KitDa Games or their applicable rights holders. Third-party marks and content remain the property of their owners.

Original wiki text, organization, and site code have their own applicable rights. Nothing on the site grants you a license to republish official game assets or third-party content. Attribution on a page does not by itself create permission for reuse.

If you believe material on the wiki infringes your rights, an authenticated user may submit a support ticket with the exact URL, the work claimed, the basis of the request, and enough information to evaluate it. No public email or postal notice address is currently stated on the site.

External Links, Game Access, and Advertising

The site may link to or embed itch.io, YouTube, the playable game, advertisements, and other third-party resources. These services are outside the wiki's control. Their availability, security, content, downloads, age gates, purchases, data practices, and terms are the responsibility of their operators.

An external link or advertisement is not an endorsement. Do not treat a third-party APK, mirror, ad, or download page as an official Apostate Verity release unless KitDa Games lists it through a verified first-party channel.

Cookies and Privacy

Use of the site is also subject to the Privacy Policy. Cookies or browser storage may support sessions, preferences, analytics, advertising, or embedded content. Third-party services apply their own policies when you load or interact with them.

Availability and Disclaimer

The site may change, suspend, remove, or correct content and features without guaranteeing continuous availability. Nothing on the wiki is legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

Limitation and Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the wiki operator is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on wiki content, use of external services, third-party advertising, external downloads, game access, or events outside the site's reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms may be updated when the site's scope, features, providers, or legal obligations change. The updated date above identifies the current published version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
